Other Rapid Dry Services

Rapid Dry Services were on call 24/7 this particular night and received a call from the University about sewer back up. Rapid Dry fixed the source of the backup and began the task of cleanup. In just a few short hours the cleanup was performed using IICRC standards, the effected area was sanitized and treated for mold and bacteria, and the University was given a clean bill of health and the building was restored to pre-damage condition.

you were referred by Steve Wagner My wife and I are getting ready to remodel our basement. It is in fairly rough condition and we want all the masonry done correctly before we bring in the contractors. It’s only about 500-600 square ft with a floating slab. It also has what we call an onion cellar that is raised about a foot and outside the floating slab measuring about 6’ x 12’. Currently half the basement is finished with ¾ tongue and groove pine(which I’ll remove) and the other half is very old drylock with nasty brown stains. There is also one hole that I know of that is in the onion cellar that I have minimized the effects of by rerouting gutters on my house last year, but it needs to be fixed. The ultimate result we want is a dry clean basement that can be worked into something nicer. I would like an estimate and an idea of when you could do the work if we excepted said estimate. You can respond to this email for the street address and a date for the estimate. Thanks in advance, Dan Schall
